"How long does it take to process an order?"
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
"How do customs and import taxes work into shipping?"
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns FAQ's
"Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?"
No, we do not accept returns, cancellations, nor exchanges on items. 

Misc. FAQ's
"Do you make custom/ personalized orders?"
Yes, but custom orders require specific requests and may take time and constant communication between the buyer and us to create the final product. We will try to have the designs created within a three-week window depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of supplies.
Please have a specific idea in mind when you contact us and there will be a 50% deposit on any and all custom orders.
Prices will vary depending on the project. 
"Can there be variations in each work?"
Yes, there is always a possibility for variations in the glass and designs (though they are usually slight). We try our best to make each piece look as close to the first as possible, but we can't guarantee that one product will look the same as the other.
